How to use
Vendor	Self explaining...
Name	Self explaining...
Version	I beleve that you only need the major version. Why? When you go from 1.0 to 1.2 you usaly upgrade the package but when you go from 1.2 to 2.0 you probably want to make a new package.
Protocol	You might want to use RTSPS if you use the secure RTSP
Hostname	In 99% of the cases, do not change this
Port	554 is standard if you use RTSP, 332 is standard for RTSPS
Packet ID	A (max) 8 char long ID of the package, this is to prevent collisions between applications
Version	This is optional, if you need to create more than one version of the same application
